Part 2 of the Jungle Baby Shower is the most important food! I made a bunch of tasty quick and easy appetizers for the late afternoon shower.I decorated the table with Baby Lion King food tents and children jungle themed books.

2. Then put in greased bundt pan, and then cover with towel and let the dough rise to twice the size for about 2 hours.

3. Preheat oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

4. Mix melted butter with brown sugar until melted and then pour over the risen rolls.

5. Bake for 30 minutes and then let cool for 5-10 minutes before you serve it on a plate.

Tiger Tails

1 Bag of Pretzel Rods
2  12 OZ Bags of White Chips
Red and Yellow Food Coloring
1 12 OZ Bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1. Double boil white chips. (Double boil- boil water in pot and then in a glass boil add chips and mix around until melted smoothly. Be careful not to overcook or the chips will clump and not become smooth.) Next, mix in 5 drops of red food coloring and 5/6 drop of yellow food coloring to make the chocolate look orange. Depending on your mixture you may have to add more food coloring. Then dip rods into the chocolate mixture about 5/6 of the way up and let them dry on a cookie sheet that is covered with wax paper.

2. Finally melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Then put in a sandwich bag, cut a little bit of a corner, and drizzle onto the dried orange chocolate to look like stripes.

Jungle Cupcakes

This is the one thing that I did not make. I got cupcakes at the local grocery store with colored whipped icing. They were okay, nothing special.

Then I topped with some sugar decals that were Baby Lion King that I found on Etsy.
